1 - How does it work?

Click on the "Upload a file to convert" button to import your document(s) to be converted. Select the new format you wish to have. Once selected, create your account and upload your document(s) in the new format. You will also be able to upload your new document from your storage space.

2 - Is it possible to convert several files at once?

You can convert several files at once. However, you cannot convert a document that contains several files. You will have to convert them one by one.

3 - How to recover the converted document?

Once you have created your pyd*convert.tel account, you will be able to download your converted file(s).

4 - Is there a limit to the size of the files to be converted?

5 - What to do if the file is not taken into account?

We offer the conversion of more than 300 different files with over 25,000 possible combinations. However, if your file is not taken into account by our service, we apologise in advance.

6 - How does the trial offer work?

Our welcome offer allows you to have a limited access to our platform for 48 hours for only £1. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, it will be automatically renewed as a subscription with no time commitment at the rate of £28.80 VAT per month. 7 - What does the pyd*convert.tel subscription include?

With the Convert.tel subscription, you have access to over 25,000 different conversions with no limit from any device. A secure storage space to download all your converted documents and support available 6 days a week.

8 - How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription yourself by going to the Unsubscribe page and entering the email address you used when you registered. If you cannot find your email address, you can also ask one of our advisors in the chat, by phone or by email to take care of your cancellation.Unsubscribe.

9 - Does your online service guarantee data protection during conversion?

Yes, the conversion is done via an encrypted server exclusively via the secure https protocol. The storage space is end-to-end with 256-bit encryption, so you can store and access your documents from a simple internet connection.

10 - How do I change my password?

You received your login and password by email when you created your account. If you can't find your password, please go to the Forgotten Password page. If you can't find your password, please contact one of our advisors in the chat room, by phone or by email.Change the password.
